DOT Desk: The cast and crew of Fakhrul Arefeen Khan’s upcoming movie, Gondi, will begin shooting for the third part of the film starting next month, reports The Bangla tribune. The last part of the film will be shot in Dhaka in September. Starting Septem-ber 12, the film will be shot at various locations in Dhaka, according to a press release. In the film, veteran actor Sabyasachi Chakrabarty portrays a 65-year-old man alongside Suborna Mustafa. The actor will arrive to Dhaka on August 31.The first part of the film was shot in London while the second part was shot in Cox’s Bazar. Based on Reza Arif’s script, the movie is about a friendship between a 65-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, who develop feelings for each other.
The cast also includes Aparna Ghose, Majnun Mizan, and child actor Fiona.
To film maker Arefeen’s credit, are documentaries like Haq-er Ghar, Al Badar, and The Speech.
His feature film, Bhuban Majhi, is based on the Liberation War of 1971.
