26 Suspicious Persons Captured from Rohingya Camp, Including 5 Foreigners

Police have captured 26 suspicious persons, who had been trying to create an unrest in the Ukhiya Rohingya camps. Addition District Magistrate (ADM) led a surprise operation, 11am yesterday. It lasted for 1.5 hours. Many police & ansar joined in the operation, who were stationed SM Gafur, Cox’s Bazar: Police have captured 26 suspicious persons, who had been trying to create an unrest in the Ukhiya Rohingya camps. Many police & ansar joined in the operation, who were stationed at the Kutung-Palong Rohingya camp
They broke up a possible meeting, and all attending Rohingyas started running away. Police were able to capture 5 foreigners (1 Chinese, 4 British), 11 Maulavi & others. Police had been miking for last 2 months, forbidding anyone from entering the Rohinghyan camps after nightfall. Still, they had identified multiple suspicious movements. Specially, quite a number of foreigners trespassing the camp areas risking their own safety, ADM Khaled Mahmud. He led the the operation, on 11pm yesterday. They believe some groups in the disguise of NGO members, are trying to use this Rohingya issue to create an unstable condition in Banglades. Their ill-influence might even have the agenda to hurt the government.
