Bangabandhu Parishad demanded execution of justice into the jail killing extraditing the convicts from abroad. The organization held a discussion marking the Jail Killing Day at national press club in the capital at 11am yesterday. At the programme, the organization’s general secretary S A Malek said, “Killing of Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and four national leaders are all linked”. In his speech Anwar Hossain, former vice chancellor of Jahangirnagar University termed November 3 is a disgraceful day in our national life as we lost our great leaders in this day in 1975. Mizan Uddin, former vice chancellor of Rajshahi University said by killing Bangabandhu and four national leaders, the defeated force of liberation war wanted to make Bangladesh subordinate to Pakistan again. Among others, Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Vice-chancellor of Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University, Hafiz Md Hasan Babu, Pro Vice-chancellor of National University, A B M Faruk, professor of pharmacy at Dhaka University also spoke at the discussion.
