The death of 125 people in custody and crossfire of law enforcement in 9 months

From January to September this year – 125 people died in the custody and crossfire of law enforcement in 9 months. In addition, 50 people were taken by the undercover of law enforcers. Later, seven of them returned to their relatives. Among them, bodies of two people were recovered. Three people have been arrested by the law enforcers. 40 people were killed due to public beating. From January to September, according to the number of human rights violations, the law and arbitration center (ASK) has given the information.
At the same time, 38 people died in custody. Among them, 14 were prisoners, 24 were absconding. In the nine months of this year many incidents of sexual harassment and violence of women, rape and murder, family torture, torture for dowry, torture on domestic workers, acid throwing, victims of arbitration and fatwa also took place. 114 women have been victims of sexual harassment. That is why four people committed suicide. Two women and eight men have been killed in protest of sexual harassment.
