Not Increasing, Usual Only 3 Eid Holidays

The Cabinet did not discuss about the proposal of increasing the Eid-ul-Azha holidays’ length from 3 days to 6 days, in their recent meeting on Monday. Only 4 days left before Eid. Hence, Ministry of Public Administration is also not seeing any implementation possibility.
Ministry of Public Administration informed, Governance Innovation Unit have presented reasons for increasing the Eid-ul-Azha holidays. From 3 days to 6 days. At the Prime Minister’s office. Then, decreasing the casual off-days down to 14 from 20 days. But this requires cabinet certification. Unfortunately, no reply on this proposal returned from Monday meeting.
