Big Dissimilarities Between Hydraulic Horn Market Price & Punishment Compensation

Dhaka Metropolitan Police is failing to reduce the use of Hydraulic Horn on the vehicles. Due to notable imbalance in the buying price & punishment fine charges, mentioned several inspectors & sergeants. By the law act of 139, the users only get punished for 100 taka fine.Meantime the most available hydraulic horns are made by India Company Routes, cost 1200-2400 taka. Most highway route buses are using these. Then, the inner city buses are using much smaller hydraulic horns those range from 300-400 taka only.
DMP HQ report analyzation from 13 months show that, over 69 vehicles get fined per day. Total of 27,155 case filed. Police sergeants are urging to increase the level of punishment.
Though DMP Joint-Commissioner Mofiz Uddin Ahmmed mentioned to the press on Sunday afternoon that, the revised law-act regarding this issue is coming soon.
