Why we need to drink water in the empty stomach



There is 90% water in the brain, 83% in the blood, 22% in the bones and 22% in our muscles. Only 8 ounces of water before eating anything can give some benefits.

Drinking water before anything, give you an impulse to move your bowels. It may cure gastric and make the digestive stretch healthier.

Breakfast is a very important meal for the whole day and drinking water increases your hunger.

Headaches can be prevented if anyone drinks water right after they wake up.

Drinking alkaline water in an empty stomach is very effective to prevent oral problems, such as mouth infection and bacterial problems. It may cure bad breath too.

Most important reason to drink water early in the morning is because it cleanses the colon. It helps the body to absorb nutrients properly. Healthier colon helps to make the whole body healthier.
