This year, the holy Ramadan fell in summer so fasting hours became longer. We need to take proper care of our body and need to put concentration to the body demands. Energy and nutrition maintain is very much important for our body. This energy comes with the sugar and glucose which we can get from Suhour meal. This meal can be helpful for only few hours. It provides energy for some hours then our body depends on its own glycogen and fats. Then it is necessary to drink some juice and healthy food at Iftar. Juices fill up the lacking of the water of whole day fasting. The healthy foods also provide calories and nutrients what can give energy and strength. So drinking a lot of water is very important after fasting all day.
